My Smoothie That I Have Every Morning

What am I drinking? Greens, fruit, omegas, protein, and CHOCOLATE. I drink it, and then speed off to disburse Vitamixes, good will, and bad humor.

Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (your choice, but I recommend Vega One)
  2. 1 tbsp flax seeds (whole) or chia seeds
  3. A couple shakes of cinnamon
  4. 1/2 banana (no peel)
  5. Fistful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  6. Fistful of fresh kale (appr. 1/2 cup)
  7. 1/2-1 cup water (or coconut water)
  8. 3-5 ice cubes
  9. 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  10. 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place everything in Vitamix and replace lid. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds. Serve immediately.

  1. I had one this morning.
