Dr. Fuhrman's Orange Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
  1. 1/8 cup unhulled sesame seeds
  2. 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts or 1/8 cup raw cashew butter
  3. 1/2 cup orange juice
  4. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet on medium high and toast half the sesame seeds for 2 minutes, shaking often. In your high-powered blender, combine sesame seeds, cashews, orange juice, and balsamic vinegar. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed. Chill before use.
